The human body can’t make its own omega-3 fatty acids, which is why we need to include them in our diet. Fish oil contains omega 3 fatty acids (DHA, EPA) that studies have repeatedly proven to promote heart, brain, and eye health especially in the earlier stages of life.

DHA is an omega-3 fatty acid and a major component in membranes of the brain and eyes, accounting for up to 97% of the omega-3 fatty acids in the brain and 93% of that in the eyes.
